Shipping and Delivery Policy

Natural Beauty Spa is committed to prompt and reliable delivery. We ship our products within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday), using UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service).

Tracked Deliveries

All deliveries are tracked to the shipping address listed on your invoice. We provide tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. We suggest you track your delivery and plan to have someone available to receive it.

Unattended Deliveries
Natural Beauty Spa is not responsible for packages that are delivered to unattended addresses, including mailboxes and porches. We encourage customers to provide a secure, attended delivery address to ensure safe delivery. Natural Beauty Spa is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault and/or after the package is delivered. 

Delivery Times and Locations

While we strive for efficiency, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Specific delivery times and days cannot be guaranteed. The risk of loss and title for all products ordered on our website pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (UPS or USPS).

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via phone or email.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged based on your shipping address and the current sales tax rate. This charge is applied at the time your order is billed.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to fulfill your orders, there may be instances where we cannot supply the ordered products, due to reasons like discontinuation or unavailability. In such cases, we will inform you and may suggest alternative products. If you choose not to proceed with the alternatives, we will cancel your order and issue a refund for the unavailable products.
